Programs applying for Accreditaiton-Provisional are responsible for assuring that the UPDATED documents listed here for Standards, 4th edition are provided either in the initial provisional application and/or at the time of the initial provisional site visit, as directed in the application directions.
Materials must be available for review during the site visit, even if submitted in the appendices of the application. Site visitors may request additional materials/documents during the visit.
