A letter was sent to all accredited programs on November 20 with more information of a general nature. Each program that holds an accreditation status of Accreditation-Provisional should have already received an individual correspondence with details about how the process will be implemented for them. A diagram of the new provisional accreditation is available here.
More information will be posted as available.
